本博客是对自己 IEEE access 投稿从投稿到接收整个流程的记录。每个阶段可能遇到的问题都在本文中有说明，希望大家多多支持。

整体流程：投稿—>收到审稿人回复—>修改后重投—>提交终稿

这里列出一些非常实用的在线工具，比如：通过截图的流程图或者仿真结果图 不太清晰、分辨率不满足要求，可以使用在线工具进行优化。具体网站在这篇博客有介绍：

1、创建账户 2、创建ORCID并关联 3、提交稿件

一定注意每一个作者都需要关联ORCID，否则会被编辑return。

投稿中具体有以下七步： Step 1: Type, Titile, & Abstract 注意其中的关键字要认真选择，这样分配到的审稿人更加对口。这样审稿人能尽快的给出审稿意见。 Step 2: File Upload 首次投稿：需要上传文章PDF; 再次投稿：需要上传文章PDF以及作者的自传介绍；以及回复审稿人建议的word文档，并选择为upplemental File for Review。 Step 3: Attributes Step 4: Authors & Institutions Step 5: Reviewers Step 6: Details & Comments Step 7: Review & Subimt

稿件收到回复，一共四个审稿人，两个接收，两个拒绝。拒绝的两个审稿人提了6，7个修改意见。 主要有： 参考文献需要加入最新的应用； 文章中一些阐述冗余； 最重要的修改意见就是添加实验。

按照审稿人意见逐条修改文章

按照给定的模板（在decision letter中），逐条回复 在decision letter 最后附带模板，格式如下。

回复需要注意语气和礼貌。并且在你的action中说明修改的地方，这样审稿人可以清楚定位(一定要说明)。如何回复，可以参照如下格式。 例1： Reviewer#1, Concern # 1: Although the paper is clear and consistent, serious concerns still exist for this reviewer which needs to be addressed by the authors. There are some other approaches, which are proposed to solve optimization problem, such as CNN, GAN and so on. The detailed data should be removed in the Appendix or website. Author response: We gratefully appreciate for your valuable suggestion. Author action: According to the reviewer’s comment, we have revised and deleted some literature in the introduction on page 2 and section A of Section II on page 3. Thank you again for your valuable comment on the paper. 例二： 评论和回复就不具体展示了，注意一定要定位修改地方。 Author action: According to your advice, we added a comparative test in section IV on page 16 and the results are presented in Table V on page 17. We increase the iterations of other algorithms to 2000. In table V, the average and STD of the objective function are recorded. Comparing Table III and Table V, it can be seen that with the increasing of iteration number, the performance of all algorithms is improved. For example, the optimal value of F1 can be found by the TLBO algorithm. In spite of that, considering all the test functions, the TSL-SCA is still superior to other algorithms.

投稿步骤同上，需要注意**将回复的word一并提交，并选择为 Supplemental File for Review. 1月15号投稿，1月16号就收到回复，审稿人回复神速。

按照审稿人要求再次修改稿件，1月18号投稿，1月20号就收到回复，accept。 这一次审稿人非常满意修改的实验，并且对实验结果也很满意。

提交终稿一定一定按照要求。
